Payment Policy

১. আমাদের এই সার্ভিসটির ক্ষেত্রে স্কুল কতৃক নির্ধারিত মাসিক ভাড়া প্রযোজ্য হবে।

২. শুধুমাত্র ১৫ তারিখের পর থেকে যদি কেউ সার্ভিসটি গ্রহন করে সেক্ষেত্রে অর্ধেক মাসের ভাড়া প্রযোজ্য হবে।

৩. প্রত্যেকের মাসিক ভাড়া নির্ধারিত হবে তার দুরত্ব অনুযায়ী।

৪. স্কুল বন্ধের দিনগুলোতে কোন ধরনের পরিবহন সেবা প্রদান করা হবেনা।

৫. সরকারী ছুটি বা অন্যান্য ছুটির কারনে মাসিক ভাড়ার পরিমানের কোন পরিবর্তন হবে না।

৬. প্রত্যেক মাসের ভাড়া অবশ্যই চলতি মাসের ১০ তারিখের মধ্যে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

৭. সার্ভিস শুরুর পূর্বে ১ মাসের ভাড়া অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে। এবং এই অগ্রিম ভাড়া সমন্বয় করা হবে গ্রাহক যে মাসে সার্ভিসটি বন্ধ করতে চাইবে সেই মাসের ভাড়ার সাথে। অন্যথায় এই অগ্রিম ভাড়া পরবর্তী বছরের অগ্রিম হিসাবে স্থানান্তরিত হবে।

৮. সার্ভিসটি বন্ধ করতে চাইলে অবশ্যই এক মাস পূর্বে স্কুলবাস বিডি কতৃপক্ষকে অবগত করতে হবে।

৯. কোন মাসের ভাড়া ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

১০. মাসিক ভাড়া পরিশোধের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের স্কুলবাস বিডি এ্যাপ এর পেমেন্ট অপশন থেকে পেমেন্ট করা যাবে অথবা ০১৮৯৬০৪৭০৮৮ এই নাম্বার এ বিকাশ অথবা নগদের মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করা যাবে। চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।

১১. বিকাশ ও নগদ পেমেন্ট এর ক্ষেত্রে রেফারেন্সে আপনার রেজিষ্টার্ড মোবাইল নাম্বার ও বাচ্চার নাম উল্লেখ করতে হবে।

1. The monthly rent for this service will be determined by the school authority.

2. If the service is started after the 15th of a month, only half of the monthly rent will be applicable.

3. The monthly rent will be determined based on the distance.

4. No transportation service will be provided on school holidays.

5. The monthly rent will not change due to government holidays or any other holidays.

6. The monthly rent must be paid by the 10th of each running month.

7. One month's rent must be paid in advance before the service begins. This advance payment will be adjusted against the final month's rent if the service is discontinued. Otherwise, the advance payment will be carried forward as the advance rent for the following year.

8. To discontinue the service, a one-month prior notice must be given to the Schoolbus BD authority.

9. Monthly rent is non-refundable.

10. Monthly rent can be paid through the "Payment" option in the Schoolbus BD app or via bKash/Nagad to 01896047088. Applicable transaction charges may apply.

11. For bKash and Nagad payments, please mention your registered mobile number and your child's name in the payment reference.
